Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://escobardetailing.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Escobar Detailing reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Car Wash, Interior Cleaning, Exterior Cleaning, Paint Correction, Car Polishing, Car Waxing provided by Escobar Detailing. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Escobar Detailing or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

As-Is Basis. https://escobardetailing.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Escobar Detailing makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation. In no event will Escobar Detailing's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Escobar Detailing against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Law and Venue. AZ law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in AZ.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
